• Rates mentioned are per person.
• Rates may differ during Christmas, New Years and long weekends.
• 50% advance payment at the time of booking (non-refundable) and balance can be paid up to a month before departure.
• No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package.
• We request all guests to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card or Aadhar card. This should be the same as submitted at the time of safari bookings.
• Subject to availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in and late checkout facility. 
• All National Parks in State of MP remain closed every Wednesday for afternoon safari & for full day on Diwali & Holi.
• In Tadoba, core gates remain closed on Tuesdays & buffer gates remain closed on Wednesdays in addition to Diwali and Holi. 
• Night Safaris are only available at Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Pench, Panna & Satpura. Night safaris are restricted to buffer zones. Only a limited number of vehicles / gypsies are allowed. Timing and availability vary by park, season, and local forest department policy. Some parks suspend night safaris during monsoon or for animal breeding periods.
• The forest department may close the parks on short notice due to rain.

• 7 days or less before arrival – 100% cancellation charge
• 8 to 21 days before arrival – 70% cancellation charge
• 21 to 29 days before arrival – 60% cancellation charge
• 30 days and above – 50% cancellation charge 

*advance payment made will be non-refundable.
